Sessions are 45 minutes long. Therapist and client decide together on the frequency of sessions, according to individual needs and goals.
For therapy to succeed, clients must feel comfortable to share their personal thoughts and feelings. We respect the need for confidentiality and we will not share information with others without consent of our clients.
